Does anyone have a recipe for a butterscotch crock pot cake?!


Question: butterscotch cake mix
1 butterscotch instant pudding (4 serving size)
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water

Line bottom of slow cooker with foil. Pour in batter. Place 5 paper towels between cooker and lid. Put wooden match or equivalent in size between paper and lid to allow steam to escape. Do not lift lid for at least 2 hours. Cook on hi for at least 2 1/2 hours or till toothpick comes out clean when tested. Leave in, shut off cooker to cool at least 20 min. Loosen sides of cake with knife. Invert cake onto plate, foil up. Then on to rack foil side down to cool. Remove foil before serving.

Its great and very moist...hope you like it!

Butterscotch Pound Cake with Caramel Icing

This butterscotch cake is made with butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips, and then topped with delicious caramel.

Ingredients:
1 18.25 oz box yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup sugar
1 3.9 oz box instant butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
4 large eggs
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 6 oz package butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Caramel syrup

Method
Combine cake mix, sugar, and pudding. Stir with a wire whisk to remove lumps. Add oil, eggs, water, and sour cream, then beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in vanilla and butterscotch chips. Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan or a 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing. Let cool completely and drizzle with caramel syrup, if desired.
