SAVORY GRILLED PORK CHOPS

4 shoulder pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chops on rack in roasting pan. Mix mustard and thyme together. Spread half of the mustard mixture on chops. Grill about 6 inches from heat source 10 minutes; turn chops. Spread with remaining mustard mixture. Grill 10 minutes or until chops are nicely browned and done. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.

I grew up eating them one way.....And I still love it
sprinkle them with small amout of brown sugar and bake @ 350 untill done. It is wonderful with steamed rice and broccoli

I love grilled Pork Chops -- McCormick's Montreal Chicken or Steak seasoning is great on them -- or just add your favorite spices. If you can't grill them on an indoor or outdoor grill use the broiler. Serve them with barbecue sauce if you want a little extra flavor.

these prob not healthy but v nice. Rub a teasp of mustard powder on both sides of the chop. Lay them in a dish (I use a casserole lid) and rub 1 teasp of brown sugar on the exposed side only. Fill the lid with milk -to be level with top of chop but not covering it. Place in the oven at the heat for cooking pork for about 40 min
Sorry I can't remember the recomended oven temp for pork

The way that I make it, is by dipping the washed porkchop into eggwash and then dipping into seasoned breadcrumbs. I put in a greased oven pan and cook at 350 degrees until well done. It takes the fat out of frying them. I usually put a sweet and sour orange/apricot dipping sauce on the side as well.
