Recipe using chicken and thousand island dressing?!

Question: So, I really like Thousand Island Dressing and Chicken, I like potatoes, fixed any way, I like cheese, and peas, corn, green beans. I'm okay with almost any breading.

I'd like to make something using Chicken and Thousand Island Dressing together....any ideas?

I'd like it to be fast and easy with just a few ingredients

Try coating the chicken in Thousand Island dressing and then breadcrumbs and shallow fry. Serve with mash potatoes and a salad.

chop up some lettuce and grill the chicken and shred the cheese.. toss all ingredients together other than the potatoes.. yummy salad! Maybe with the potatoes you can mash them and put the thousand island on top.. why not? its like in n out fries with their "secret sauce"

INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and pressed
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 cups thousand island salad dressing
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese slices. Pour dressing over all and cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (fork can be easily inserted and juices run clear). Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Cut the chicken into chuncks and marinade them in the thousand island dressing. Then make shish-kabobs with whatever veggies you like.
