PB&J sammie
Veggies and Ranch Dip
Trail Mix or Nuts
Fresh Fruit (apple or banana pack easily)

You can have a tuna sandwich, Peanut Butter and Jelly, bean and cheese burrito or even just a simple cheese sandwich. Then chips an apple and a drink. Enjoy your field trip!

salad
maybe a tuna sandwich if you dont consider fish

Between two slices of whole grain bread, slather peanutbutter, bananas, and honey. Round out the meal with an apple and water. Make sure to pack the sandwich in a plastic container as it might get smushy.

Here's a great vegetarian food blog. check out the Entrees/Snacks section on the right sidebar; It'll give you loads of lunch ideas, and all vegetarian:)
