Is macaroni salad made with mayo considered a "southern dish"?!

No not when you are in Alaska when you make it!!!!

no that is considered wasp ( white anglo saxon protestant) it is definitely a yankee dish. Connecticut is the place for this dish.

mayo is not a southern or northern condiment, mayo was first made in Spain and was brought to England and France many years ago
