Hey Samare, what gives about Tilapia. Here a link where you can go to:www.recipezaar.com/recipes/tilapia

yeah totally... sounds good!!!

MMMMM I love tilapia! I'm not too crazy about glass tho. I just don't like how it cooks one side faster. You could bread it lightly if u wanted to. Lite Italian bread crumbs and sprinkle with lime.
But being as you did say no veggies or sauce and you seem to want it simple... I'd say put a very small amount of melted butter or olive oil, cumin, pepper, and LIME! Lime is my fav, but you could also use lemon. It's delicious and easy. =)

By trial or error.I would put some sliced potatoes in there. Layer the bottom of a glass baking dish with sliced potatoes and discard them after.

This is the way we cook most of our fish.

Lightly coat the center of each foil piece with no-stick cooking spray. Place a tilapia filet in the center of each. Lightly coat each filet with no-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. (can be topped with a slice of onion).

Bring the long sides of the foil together and fold them over one another. Roll the short sides of the foil tightly toward the center to complete the seal. Repeat with each packet.

Place the packets on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Pre heat 350. spray cooking sheet, place filet on it, spread cream cheese directly on fish. In a small bowl use 1/2 cup parmesaen cheese, mix in with a little s+p, chili powder (1/8-1/4 tsp pending on taste) and stir. Sprinkle on fish, drizzle olive oil and bake until fish flakes ( ususally 15mins)
ta-da!
