Answers: Hi! Today, I've been eating healthier all day kind of. So, for breakfast I had 2 weetabix (cold) with strawberries. Lunch, I had a salad with a 2 egg omellette and a little sprinkle of cheese. Also 3 30kcal biscuits. So, I was wondering what are some tasty yet healthy meals for later today. It can be something original anything really. Also, can you suggest some healthy fruit smoothies.

What about making a fruit pie, like making the pie crust from the package, then when cooked, place a layer of cool whip on the pie, then place fruits and it's done. How bout eating tuna sandwiches?
Remember it is healthier to exercise than diet.
Well make your own smoothie. If you don't have a smoothie maker then just stick it all in a blender or use a juicer or your hands. Also I had this super cool meal and it is quite healthy.
You will need:
The bottom half of a butternut squash
salad leaves
mozzerella
and some salsa if you're feeling naughty.
Method:
Cut the sqush in about half, with the round end being the smallest half
Then hollow out the bottom of the squash (keep the bits you pull out, not the seeds)
Cut the squash that you cut out into little cubes and put them and the squash bottom on a baking tray and cook until brown and crispy (between 30-45 mins i think)
Then put some salad leaves into your squash bottom along with some slices of mozzerella and salsa and the squash cubes.
Totally tasty and you can eat the whole thing and improvise as much as you like!
