Snack1:

Lunch:
2 veggie dogs on bakers light bread
raspberries

Dinner:
salad
veggie burger w. bread
asian style vegetables
apple

Forget calories for a minute or so.

Its great that you eat so much fruit and veg!
Lots of Vitamin C!

Remember bread is incredibly salty though :)

What did u eat your cheerios with? Otherwise good.

thats right up my street i eat similar to this this is a very healthy menu i love it.
