Pepperoni or salami, provolone cheese, sliced tomato, and a drizzle of balsalmic vinegar. Toast the bread first so it stays crisp.

Here are two lists that will get you started. Change up your bread from time to time.

chicken breasts (try it cooked with teriyaki sauce)
sundried tomatoes
portabello mushrooms
shredded beef or pork
jalepenos
cucumber and butter
smoked salmon

Pastrami on Rye bread with spicy mustard and pickles mmm mmm.

Tuna Ciabatta Melts. Prepare the tuna how you like it. Put a slice of tomato and onion on the ciabatta then top with tuna and cheese. Bake at 375 for about ten minutes.

Steak sandwhiches.

Egg sandwhiches.

You can make a sandwhich out of anything and everything. Spaghetti in a buttered hoagie roll makes a great one too!

Chicken Waldorf Sandwich
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped unpeeled apples
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
8 slices raisin bread

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. You can store the chicken salad recipe filling in the refrigerator up to two days, tightly covered

I've heard people eating PB& Bananas, but that sounds awful to me. How about a tuna sandwich, you mix pickles and mayo with the tuna then slap it onto your sandwich? Or if you have shredded beef or beef why not mix that with BBQ sauce and stick it in the bread and eat it? Another good one, but not satisfying sandwich, is butter on bread, don't toast it, it tastes good like it is. BLT's are so good too! Toast the bread then place cooked bacon and lettuce and tomatoes, if you want even cheese with mayo. Delicious!

ham chesee pickle

This is my favorite sandwich. You can't take it with you, but when you're home, it is to die for!

Grilled Cream cheese sandwiches:

Cut very fresh french bread into 1/2 inch slices. Butter one side of each, put one side on pan. Cut a chunk of cream cheese to taste (mine are about 1/4 in to 1/2 inch thick). Spread on the bread. Top with the best tomatoes you can find. Salt and pepper. Add the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Grill one side until brown. Flip over, grill the other side until brown.
MMMMMmmmmm.
