I like turkey no matter when..Does anyone have a turkey fruit salad recipe?!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 (11-ounce) can Mandarin orange sections
2 cups turkey, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 cup seedless grapes
8 ounces pineapple chunks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, honey, and ginger; mix well. Add mandarin orange sections (drained), cooked, chopped turkey, chopped apple, halved seedless grapes, and pineapple chunks (drained). Season with salt and pepper. Chill. Stir in toasted pecans just before serving.

HONEY FRUIT TURKEY SALAD
1/3 c. plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 (5 oz.) can Swanson Premium Chunk White Turkey, drained
1/2 c. thinly sliced strawberries
1 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut lengthwise into quarters & thinly sliced
In medium bowl, mix well yogurt and honey. Add turkey, strawberries and kiwi. Toss gently to mix. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries and kiwi fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
OR
SMOKED TURKEY FRUIT SALAD
SALAD:
1 lg. ripe pineapple
2 1/2 c. cubed, smoked turkey breast
1/2 c. fresh raspberries or strawberries
1/4 c. whole blanched almonds
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
Lettuce leaves
DRESSING:
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
3-4 tbsp. orange juice
Lay pineapple on its side on cutting surface. Cut three 3/4 inch slices (crosswise) from center of pineapple. Cut each slice into 6 wedges; remove core. Set aside.
Remove rind from remaining portion of pineapple. Core and cube pineapple, place in medium bowl. Add turkey, raspberries, almonds and kiwifruit, toss gently.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in enough orange juice for desired dressing consistency. Fold dressing into salad mixture or set aside for serving over top of salad.

TURKEY WILD RICE FRUIT SALAD
1 c. wild rice
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 c. seedless grapes
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 c. dry roasted cashews
Endive or other salad greens
Cook wild rice according to package directions; cool. Combine turkey, grapes, pineapple, celery, and cooled rice. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and curry powder, then pour over salad ingredients. Mix; chill. Just before serving, add cashews and avocado. Serve on salad greens.

TURKEY FRUIT SALAD
1/2 c. mayonnaise

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Combine mayonnaise, honey and ginger; mix well. Add rest of ingredients, except pecans. Mix lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Chill. Stir in pecans before serving. Serves 6.

A tropical twist on the Waldorf Salad! Turkey breast and pineapple are tossed with crisp celery, red bell pepper, and green onion, finished with a creamy curried mango dressing. Add nuts and raisins if you like.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup chopped orange segments
1/2 cup chopped green onion
DIRECTIONS
For the dressing, blend sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, honey, and curry powder in a small bowl. Mix well, and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, red pepper, celery, pineapple, orange segments, and green onion. Add dressing, and toss well to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
