Is cooking brown rice in a pot on a stove okay nutrionallly?!

Question: I eat a lot of brown rice. Almost every day. I take one cup of rice to 1/2 cup rice. Let it boil then turn it down to about 2 and let cook for about 25 minutes or until the water is gone.

Are the nutrients gone because of the boiling? :(

no it just kills the germs in it.

if that is the directions it gives you to cook it then its fine, usually the nutrition means when it is prepared as far as i know,

They will stay in the rice.
Boiling is the best way I believe.
