That sounds lsike a pretty good smoothie to me. You can either put ice in the blender or you can use sherbet. Put the blender on the highest speed so the ice will be totally smashed up. If you use sherbet, medium speed will do.
Add in everything but the ice and you're ready to go :) I made that same thing this morning, it's thick and creamy and delicious. If you add the ice, im not sure what it will do, maybe give it a more slush consistency...no good in my opinion! Enjoy
I just put in on ice crush make sure you use unuff liquid to cover the berrys and ice
other then that its realy hard to mess up no matter what seting you put it on
Sounds good to me...
Put in the yogurt and fruit first add the ice and then the silk.
Blend on smoothie, or if you dont have that setting puree will work too...
I like to use frozen fruit in my smoothies, then you don't need to add ice.
use small amounts of fruit 1/4 cup of each in your list
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup ice (optional)
this is a single serving.
Sounds great! I typically omit the ice, but use it if you like. If you add it, you'll have a more liquid smoothie. You might try adding a little vanilla - 1/4 teaspoon should do. You can also use fruit juice instead of the milk or silk for a change of pace. I also occasionally add just a bit of wheat germ or flax, but use it very sparingly. If you add too much, it will make the smoothie kind of grainy in texture. The great thing about smoothies is you can add whatever fruit you want and adjust the thickness depending on how much liquid you add.
freeze the fruit. 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup oj or apple juice(blend until ice is chopped up)-add frozen fruit(1 cup), 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon jam, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Add the banana to give it that rich and creamy feel. Blend until there are no knocks from the ice.
