Komle is an authentic Norwegian dish, it's delicious!! Try it... We eat it all the time.
Look it up on Norway Cooks, it should be in there.
fiskeboller!!! And white sauce :P
The white sauce is the easy part. Put butter in the pan, add a little flour (2 tbs) and stir it up to make a roux. then add about 1.5 cups of milk... stirring the whole time. Salt and pepper to taste.
as for your fishballs, you need to buy them. you can have a can from my pantry. :P
Well I live in Norway, and I must say that the food here is not anything to rave about. The authentic dishes are a bit nasty if you want to get real old school, and anything else they eat is derived from somewhere else, or it comes in a box. Smalahove, which is boiled, burnt sheeps head, is a traditional meal in some regions. Along with dried cod and lutefisk, which is fish that is rotted and soaked in chemicals. MMmmm yummy. Pick another country if you want good food.
