My favorite is deli turkey or chicken with lettuce, tomato, avacado, cheese, and balsamic vinegar dressing. Yum!

Take some shrimp. Cook them in Peanut sauce. You have to deshell them though lol. 2 mins in all really. Then take some frozen brussel sprouts and a steam bag and put butter and spices in and cook for how ever long you want. Then take out serve and add salt and pepper to sprouts (as much as you like) Then just save the bag by washing them lol. I do it works all the time saves money on bags too.

For a healthy snack, make your own Trail Mix using a combination of any or all of the following:

Dried cranberries
Dried cherries
Raisins
Dates
Fancy Mixed Nuts - salted or unsalted, your choice
Dried Mango
Dried Papaya
Coconut flakes
M&Ms
Banana chips
Apple chips
Dried Peaches
Dried Blueberries
Granola

Keep in a sealed container or ZipLock bags to keep fresh.
