well try and go grocery shopping asap! but with you have maybee make a smothie with the fruits and an omlet with the eggs and vegies. it seem like a breakfast food but at least you'll have something to eat. if you have any spices then just add some random ones into the omlet

Salad!

Home Made Mac And Cheese, easy, fast, tasty

Throw everything in a blender.

You could have like stuffed mushrooms with the cheese and some salad or something?

pile everything in a casserole and see what it tastes like

An awesome omelet. You have the best ingredients for that.

with all the fruit items make a fruit salad, then the vegetables and eggs make an omlete

ratatouille is quite nice for a quick snack and also appel pie

u can make a western omelette with the eggs tomatoes and some onions. make a shake with the milk bananas and blueberries.

mix it all together and there you go: nah. j/k... Honestly and Egg and Veggie Salad and Fruit Salad... It's hard when the meat is missing unless your Vegetarian...

This website is pretty good for finding recipes based on what you have in the house: http://www.cookingbynumbers.com/frames.h...

You could make a really nice salad, some stuffed mushrooms, & bruchetta.

A big salad. Throw in the mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce. Then you can make a breakfast dish tomorrow using the eggs, and the other three fruits you mentioned.

Make a salad for dinner. A good side is the cottage cheese.
Boil the eggs and you can take the shell off and cut the egg up and put it on the salad.

omlets would be absolutly perfect with what you listed. then put some toast in the toaster and when its down add some of your toast cheese to it and broil it then add a slice of tomatoe and cucumber to that with a bit of salt and pepper. hmmm i just had brkfst but that sounds really good.

A fruit salad. You can put cheese and veggies on top of pieces of bread and grill them to make toasties. Or just a simple sandwich.

oh yeah, most definitely! I would suggest saving the fruits for a home made fruit salad. just dice/chop the bananas, apples and blueberries and if you have anything like... orange juice, I would pour a little (1/4 cup or less) in the mix.
Or, you could leave the fruits with no orange juice.
Or, you could leave the OJ out and have the fruit salad with some cottage cheese on the side.

You could have a salad with the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and even add the blueberries in it. And even cube up the cheese. (berries and cheese go well together)

I would sautee the mushrooms and tomatoes together and if you have some rice, it would go nice with it. If you have a grill, try grilling the mushrooms and tomatoes.

Hope this helps! Bon Appetit

Omelet pizzas-
Just make eggs like an omelet but leave them flat and use them instead of pizza crust. Then make pizza sauce from tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt, pepper, a little sugar, parmesan, parsley and italian seasoning. Spread over omelet, then top with veggies and cheese-tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. You can put cottage cheese and apples on it too I think. Then put on a cookie sheet and cook at 200-300 degrees fahrenheit until cheese melts or sauce bubbles. (like 20 minutes).
Then you could make a fruit salad.

cheese stuffed mushrooms with salad or cheese and mush stuffed tomatoes with salad followed by a fruit salad! and a nice cold glass of water

You could cook strirfry with the vegetables, or instead of cooking you can make yourself a fruit salad and have cottage cheese on tiop. Or insterad of cooking the vegetables you could make a salad and put the cottage cheese and blueberries, and salad is good with apples mixed in wit it 2. Or you could have scrambled eggs for dinner. Thats all i can think of with the ingredients you have lol.

You could make a quiche with the eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and cottage cheese. I'd add some onions and shredded cheese too.
Fruit smoothie takes care of the fruits....and a nice tossed salad will complete a lovely meal!

*Boil the eggs...
*Not sure what toast Cheese is but if you mean or have toast/bread I'd start with that.
*Dice the Mushrooms saute them in oil (olive)
*Find some spice... someone has to have some salt and pepper.
*Remove the egg yokes (some them for something else but not here)
*Slice the Whites and add them to your Mushrooms and "re-heat" them Add the newly found Salt and pepper let it simmer on low heat for about 5mins until it all looks yummy.
...
%
5mins...

*Take your Toast/Bread and put a thin layer of cottage cheese(butter would be better) I'd also either warm this bread up or "Toast" your Toast for a cripy(not overly) texture.

*Dain out at must oil as you can from the eggs and shrooms and add ontop your bread...

* If you really wanna be fancy slice the tomato and pull off some lettuce to make a nice afternoon sammie (screw you Quiznos, you don't own sammie's)

For the record... this is a pure 420 recipe... enjoy I would.

Well you could do a lot of things.
First if you have flour, you can make pizza, with the tomatioes, mushrooms and cheese
Then you can make a vegetable salad
and for dessert you can make some sliced fruit or a smoothie out of all the fruit you have.

Happy Cooking!

You could make savory veggie crepes for dinner and a sweet fruit and cheese crepe for dessert.Makes sixteen to eighteen 6- or 7-inch crepes, or ten to twelve 9- or 10-inch crepes

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/3 cup water

1 cup all-purpose flour, preferably bleached

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, melted, plus 2 or 3 teaspoons butter for coating the pan

In a blender or food processor, blend the eggs, milk, water, flour, salt, and the 2 tablespoons melted butter for 5 seconds, or until smooth. Stir down and repeat if necessary. Or, to mix by hand, sift the flour into a medium bowl and add the salt. Whisk the eggs until blended, mix in the milk and water, and whisk this mixture into the flour and salt; stir in the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (though 2 hours is preferable) or up to 24 hours.

Gently stir the batter if it has separated. Heat a seasoned 6- or 7-inch nonstick crepe pan over medium-high heat until hot. (use a 9- or 10-inch pan for larger crepes.) Coat the pan lightly with butter, lift the pan from the heat, and pour in 2 or 3 tablespoons of batter for a 6- or 7-inch pan, or about 1/4 cup for 9- or 10-inch pan, tilting and rotating the pan to coat the surface. Cook until almost dry on top and lightly browned on the edges, about 1 minutes. Loosen the edges with a metal spatula and flip the crepe over using your fingers or the spatula, then cook the other side for about 15 seconds, or until lightly browned. Turn the crepe out onto a clean tea towel to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter, wiping the pan with butter as needed and stacking the crepes as they are cooked.

For serving immediately, cover the crepes with aluminum foil and keep them warm in a preheated 200-degree-F oven. For serving later, wrap them in plastic wrap in quantities intended for each use and slip them in a self-sealing plastic bag. Refrigerate crepes for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 2 months
When you are half way through making the crepes add a little liqueur and vanilla for the dessert crepes.

Savory Filling:
Saute you veggies until cooked through. Make a cheese sauce from you cheese and a little bit of milk. Fill crepes and once folded up you can put a little more sauce over top.

Fruit Compote:
Diced fruit and put into sauce pan. Add a little vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon. You can at this point add about a half cup or white wine or a simple syrup of water and sugar. Simmer for about 1/2 an hour unitl fruit is tender and lite syrup is over fruit.

Filling:
take 1/2 a pound of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix them together and they are ready to go.

Lay crepe out, fill with a couple of tablespoons of cheese , fold up and cover with fruit compote.

Enjoy.
