Braised beef should come out very tender if cooked right or try foie gras which is duck liver, seared tastes amazing and has a consistency of butter!

pressure cook meat first will make it fall to bits, also slow roasting meat or using oven bags will make meat tender, as for chicken if it doesnt fall to bits its not cooked enough. for steak etc, you can buy meat tenderiser at the herb section of the supermarket which makes meat very tender, sprinkle on a few hours before cooking

I use my slow cooker a lot and that makes the meat soft and tender. I have made sausage, chicken and beef casseroles and such. :)

He really shouldn't need his meat all that tender. Maybe he should check with the dentist to see if the dentures are fitting right. My husband had peridontal disease and had to get dentures about 5 years ago. He doesn't have any trouble at all eating meat. He actually has more trouble with bread. Sandwiches are sometimes the worst because the bread kind of forms a suction up around his teeth and tries to pull them out.

Did he just get the dentures? Is he using adhesive? If you want to send me an email I can ask my husband what kind of problems he's had and what he did about it and get back to you.

always cook at a low temperature.. 250 up to 350 F ... and always make sure to Baste and keep the food moist at all times in time frames from 30 to 50 mins ;) that would keep the food moist and tender.... dont add too much salt tho.. since that dries food a little!!

the first posting has it right, a pressure cooker will cook meat until it is very tender and falling apart.
