make grilled chicken breasts topped with marinara and provolone cheese. its like chicken parmisian without the guilt

Im not sure how many calories it is, but you could look up "Chicken Francaise" on the internet-I made it in 7 grade and it was really good....although after it turns cold it smells like hot dogs lol....that would be the lemon

Why, are you all going to die if it's over 400 calories? I have some great suggestions but since you're one of those diet obsessed morons you won't get them. Enjoy the links to 'allrecipes.com' that everyone else posts though.

my mom makes a great dish i think you should try mash some potatoes put a little in a baking thingy then put some sausage links and then cheese(optional) then do this same thing til you have like five layers of it and bake it till the top browns a little browned it is the best its also quick and simple

Buy weight watchers whole wheat english muffins, split them in half, put some tomato paste on them, low fat cheese and you can put very thing slices of pepperoni or just different veggies on them. Put them in the oven on 400 degrees until the cheese is bubbling and the edges seem crispy. You can also use whole wheat pita's and slice them in half. We call them english muffin pizza's or pita pizza's.

Try this, season some chicken breasts, (put rosemary!) make some salad with tomato, lettuce, parsley, green onions, cucumbers, salt, lemon, and olive oil. And if you want dessert, just get yoplait vanilla yogurt.

This is my family's favorite one dish meal - mine too, since it is so easy to put together! I use skinless, boneless chicken breasts but mixed chicken pieces can be used, too.

INGREDIENTS
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 pinch garlic powder
ground black pepper to taste
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine the mushroom soup, celery soup, water, rice, mushrooms, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix all together. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread on bottom.
Lay chicken pieces over soup mixture and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside

Quick & Easy Ricotta Pie


Only 4 ingredients and a package of refrigerated pie crust needed.

INGREDIENTS
1 (32 ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 eggs
6 tablespoons white sugar
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger whiskey
1 pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out one crust, and place in a 9 inch pie plate. Roll out top crust, and cut into lattice strips; set aside.
In a large bowl, blend ricotta, eggs, sugar, and whiskey. Pour into pie crust. Top with lattice strips in a woven pattern. Seal and crimp edge.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until crust is golden brown and filling is set.

chicken parmesan and pasta!
ingredients:
4 boneless skineless chicken breast
1 egg
italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 jar pasta sauce
mozzarella cheese
cooked pasta

preheat oven 400. coat chicken with egg and bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven, add pasta sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Cook 10 minutes longer and serve with pasta!

Makes 4 servings.

*If you are using a metal baking dish instead of glass increase temperature 25 degrees.*
It is a quick and tasty meal!! You may need to double the recipe to feed six people!
I use Parmesan flavored sauce, if you like you can add parmesan to your plate.

Pecan crusted chicken

Use boneless chicken breasts and coat the outside of the chicken with a bit of mayonnaise and dijon mustard. Dip each piece of chicken in finely ground pecan nuts (you can buy at store or put pecans in a blender) mixed with some bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 -25 minutes in a baking pan with vegetable oil.
Serve with apricot preserves mixed with a bit of soy sauce and dash of ginger. Heat the preserves in a pan and serve warm over the chicken.

Broiled Chicken, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Garlic Salt and Lemon. Then I would have Baked Sweet Potato, and a salad.

chicken fajitas

boneless skinless chicken breast cut into thin slices
sliced green peppers
sliced onions
shredded cheddar cheese
flour tortillas
italian dressing

optional: sour cream, salsa or taco sauce, guacamole

pour italian dressing over chicken to marinate (the peppers and onions may also be marinated with the chicken but don't necessarily have to be). refridgerate for at least 1 hr, i prefer to marinate overnite. saute chicken, peppers and onions until chicken is done. no need to use oil in the skillet as there is oil in the dressing. fill tortilla with chicken, peppers and onions and sprinkle on cheese...add any optional items and roll up the tortilla. to roll first fold the bottom up then the sides in. ENJOY!!

Chicken & Apple Fajitas

Ingredients

450 g (1lb brambly apples peeled, cored and thickly sliced
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsps oil
2 medium onions thickly sliced
2 gloves garlic, finely chopped
1 – 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tsp coriander
1tsp cumin
450 g (1 lb) chicken fillets cut into thick strips
Seasoning
1 tbsps fresh coriander, chopped
8 wheat tortillas

Method:

1. cut each apple slice in half and put in a bowl with the lime juice and toss together
2. heat the oil in a large frying pan, add onion and cook over a high heat for 2 mins, add garlic, chillies, spices and chicken then fry stirring for about 5 minutes until chicken is golden. Lift chicken out of the pan and set aside
3. Add apple with lime juice and 5 tbsps of water to the pan and cook with the onions for 3 minutes.
4. Return the chicken to the pan and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes, until apples are tender but still hold their shape
5. Heat the tortillas as directed on the pack. The quickest way is to transfer them to a plate, cover with film and microwave on high for 20 – 30 secs
6. Season filling with salt and pepper, then add fresh coriander.
7. To serve, place 2 heaped tbsps of filling in each tortilla, roll up and enjoy!
