Well, if you like veggies you could make your own veggie tray in tupperware condainers, and add another little container of ranch.

Some left overs from last nights supper is usually good ie: pasta's, soups etc

You could also get meats and things to make subs.

tunafish and greenpeppers and mayo on bread, veggies and fruit, cheesesticks, ricecakesplain or flavored, an omelet with veggies and fruit on the side, egg salad sandwiches, chefsalad with dressing on the side ,yogurt like stonyfield, peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches yum enjoy!

Chicken roll ups....
Make a chicken salad...there are so many millions of different ways to prepare, but I like this one:
1 can chicken breast (drained), mixed with mayo, finely chopped celery (not much, maybe 1/2 stalk), finely chopped onion - I prefer purple onion, salt & pepper, large chopped walnuts or pecans, sliced in half purple grapes (apples if I don't have grapes).
Then put in a flour tortilla.....mmmm, infact I think I am getting ready to go make some now!

I like tuna salad. I use the hickory smoked tuna by Starkist, add a bit of mayo and eat it with crackers.

Also deli meats and/or cheeses with crackers and fruit is easy and yummy.

Pizza Turnovers

1 can (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
24 turkey pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices mozzarella cheese, (1 1/2 ounces), cut in half

1. Heat oven to 400oF. Roll pizza crust dough on lightly floured surface into 12-inch square. Cut dough into four 6-inch squares.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each square to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with carrot, pepperoni and cheeses. Fold each square in half over filling; press edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm.

Health Twist
Pack more nutrition into these turnovers by adding an additional tablespoon of cooked vegetables to each pocket. It’s a great way to use leftovers while adding a nutrition boost.

Time Saver
Purchase preshredded carrots in the produce section of larger supermarkets to save time!

Health Twist
Fat-free mozzarella and fat-free Parmesan make pizza turnovers a welcome sandwich for low-fat seekers.
