Answers: i am wanting to lose a little weight and was wondering if anyone new any good sites on healthy food and recipes i could look at any help would be greatfully appreciated
Check out this website. It is from a lady called Anette Sym. She was obese and dieted her way down and is skinny now. She released a cookbook and because of its huge sucess, she has released 5 and a DVD menu planner too. I have about 3 of her books. They are really good easy to make food. Each recipe has a nutritional panel too. And the best part is, they are real recipes, not brussel sprouts with vinegar drssing type meals. My fave is her pizza chicken.

EDIT: i have put another link down aswell. I used this website for a while, and it was really good. It adds all your calories etc, so you can see how much you have eaten during the day. And it has an exercise counter that converts all your exercise into calories burned. Pretty cool.
i love the recipes on weight watchers. it's real food. cooking light is also good.

One good way to loose weight it to reduce your sodium intake. Look at the nutrition info on everything try for 500 miligrams (mg) or less per meal on everything total in your meal. This goes for 3 meals and 1 snack. For an approx total of 2,000 mg of sodium. This is really pretty low cuz I am on a salt resyricted diet. Also drink plenty of water.....watch out for Gatorade....tons of sodium...Powerade isn't so bad.
