I'm still hungry!?!


Question: Since I woke up at 7.15am [it's 2pm here in the UK right now] I've had:

CoCo Pops with Semi Skimmed milk.
1 Chocolate eclair.
Strawberry NutriGrain bar.
Coronation chicken with cucumber in a sandwich made with wholemeal, seeded bread.
1 Packet of quavers.

I'm STILL hungry! I've also had 1 cup of tea and a pint of water.

What do you think I should eat now??

in the morning i suggest scramble about 2 or 3 egss and eat some bacon or something else with it and you wont be hungry for hours and i mean hours

its what i eat in the morning and i am not truely hungry until about 1 or 2ish

Eat lots of veggies to fill you up. And then drink a big glass of water

order some pizza, or a big greasy sandwich, thats what i want and it's only 9:30 am in the states, i could eat a horse!!

Do you have a vending machine at work?? If so go and see if they have any Quaker chewy bars! or a special K protein bar! Both are delicious have chocolate , are healthy and will give you energy! You may need two!

I agree about the pizza though! I think I am gonna have pizza hut for lunch!

Get some more protein in your body. You need a big piece of meat. You may want to also eat some carbohydrates for energy. What you have eaten is a lot of little stuff. You need a good hearty meal.

you should have some salad. yummy..mmmm

It sounds like you've taken care of every thing in there. You'll be off before you know it.

Now you have me thinking about food!! go for it
