Finger sandwich options...?!?!

Question: OK, I'm havin' an all girls' party...high tea...and the menu includes, well, tea...and an assortment of finger-sandwiches....(we don't plan on using forks or spoons)...and so far I only have mini-tuna-melts, grilled-chicken with mayo, and cheese-potato-cherry....I know there are so many more out there...and I just can't come up with any...please help!!
Oh and nothing exotic...just easy and quick to prepare!

Cucumber-Mayonaise-arugula-whole wheat toast

Tomato-HoneyHam-Honey Mustard-mini bagel

CreamCheese-Saurkraut-pastrami-Garlic rye bread

Olive romulade (olives that are blended)- Turkey- rice cake

Enjoy!!!

cucumber and cream cheese

peso and cream cheese

pimento cheese

little tortilla roll-ups with cream cheese, turkey, and spinach rolled and cut into pinwheels

Cream cheese and olive
Salmon and cream cheese
Crab, salsa and cream cheese

Egg Salad
PB&J
Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon

Make sure you cut off all the crusts for your High Tea!

cucumber finger sandwiches with dill cream cheese spread

thinly sliced cucumbers
1 package of fresh dill
1 package soft cream cheese
sliced white bread (no crust)

chop up dill and add to cream cheese, spread on bread (top and bottom) and lay two layers of sliced cucumbers on top. cut into quarters (diagonally so it makes 4 triangles)

simple and delicious!

you can try different herbs but i find dill gives it a really good flavor..

hot dog roll ups, cucumber and lemon pepper on pumpernickle, ham and apple on a ritz, sweet bread with arugala and a slice of watermelon...get creative!!

Try
Club sandwiches, 3 filling between 4 slices of bread.

Pinwheels
Lay an assortment of fillings across the bread and roll up.

For the Club Sandwiches and Pinwheels use bread that is sliced length ways.

Rolls wrap asparagus spears etc in a slice of bread at the diagonal.

I'd go with the traditional cucumber and butter or cream cheese; pimento cheese is good; a play on muffalettas with ham, salami and olives...

I love to eat little sandwiches on white bread with mayo, pepper, salt, alfalfa sprouts and cucumber!
