What is a good recipe for pancakes?!
Answers: I really want pancakes for breakfast tomorrow but i don't want the kind in the box (you know the mix) so I'm just hoping someone has a really good recipe!! Tell me a sight if possible. Please and thank you!!
Aunt Jemima Recipe But Add Your Touch.
This Is The Recipe For Banana Nut Pancakes.
2 medium firm-ripe bananas, peeled, sliced
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 cups Aunt Jemima? Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 cup water
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup Aunt Jemima? Syrup, warmed
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted if desired
Combine sliced bananas and sugar in small bowl; set aside.
For pancakes, combine pancake mix, water, mashed bananas and cinnamon in medium bowl; stir with wire whisk until large lumps disappear.
For each pancake, pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot lightly greased griddle; top with 3 to 4 banana slices.
Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
Serve topped with warm Aunt Jemima Syrup (Your Choice of Pecans.)
You can "doctor" the bisquick recipe and make really good pancakes.....go to bisquick site and look up pancakes and you will find one that has lemon juice in it, yes sounds wierd, but it makes the milk turn into buttermilk. It is good!

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture. Beat until smooth.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the hot griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in the milk, oil, egg and vanilla, and mix until well blended. Stir in the strawberries.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat, and coat with butter or cooking spray. Pour batter into desired size of pancakes. Flip with a spatula when bubbles appear in the center. Cook until golden brown on the other side.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat.
In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Stir applesauce mixture and milk into the flour mixture until evenly moist and thick.
Scoop about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the prepared griddle, and cook, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.

Top Secret Ihop Pancakes
Nonstick spray
1 1/4 c Flour
1 Egg
1/4 c Sugar
1 Heaping tsp. baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Cooking oil
Preheat a killet over medium heat. Use a pan wiht a nonstick surface or
apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all
of the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls
into the hot pan, forming 5" circles. When the edges appear to harden,
flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. Cook on the other disde for
same amount of time, until light brown.

Whole Wheat Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon artificial vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Mix flour and baking powder, and set aside. Mix egg whites, milk, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until just moistened.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet. Pour approximately 1/3 cup batter into pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbly (about 1 1/2) minutes. Turn, and continue cooking until golden brown.
Notes
The batter should be thin enough so that it pours, but not so thin that it's runny. You can add some tablespoons of milk to it.
