Can you make non-fat frozen yoghurt at home?!

Question: When I lived in the USA for a few years, you could buy non-fat frozen youghurt everywhere and it was delicious!

I'm in the UK now and found one supermarket who sold it, but they discontinued the range. I can't keep driving to Costco everytime I get the craving, so is there any way you can make it at home? Does anyone have a good recipie?

Thanks!

LOW-FAT CHOCOLATE FROZEN YOGURT
1-1/2 cups low fat milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup fruit sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups low fat plain yogurt

In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in milk and beaten eggs. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture is thickened and coats a metal spoon. Stir in both chocolates and cool. Stir in vanilla and yogurt and freeze in your ice cream maker or by freezer method. 6 Servings
