you could always make a roast even out of porkchops. bread them and bake or fry them. make a soup or stew out of them. just use your imagination. try looking at recipe site such as reciepes.com or family magazine.... they usually have some recipes too.

fried baked and smothered in caseroles and on the grill

im not sure try wikihow.com, they might have that answer and for a recipe go to a recipe website

Get very thick pork chops and cut a pocket into the sides. Make some Stovetop stuffing (according to the box) and stuff it back into the pork chops. Cover with some Lawry's Baja Chipolte or Mesquite marinade. Tightly cover and bake at 375 for about 30 min; uncover and bake 15 min. more.

For a variation: stuff with a mixture of feta cheese and thawed, chopped spinach....cover with some Greek salad dressing and bake....

Here are 4 ways that my family likes them:

1.dredge them in flour, dip them in Italian dressing, coat them with bread crumbs and bake.

2. Bake; during the last 20 minutes cover them with brown sugar, butter and soy sauce

3. Marinate them and cook them on the grill

4. stuff them

Breaded, with either plain or seasoned bread crumbs
BBQ and coat them with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, I do this sometimes if it's too cold out to BBQ I just do in a skillet on the stove or put them in the broiler.

You can marinate them in one of the hundreds of bottled marinades sold in your local store, then broil, grill or fry.

You can cook them up and add a can of cream of whatever soup and serve over rice.

You can dice the meat up, add it to a skillet with some terriyaki sauce or other stir fry sauce, cook up, add your favorite veggies and serve over rice.

YOu can cook them in some spaghettie sauce and serve with pasta

Baked Pork Chops with Soy Sauce and Honey

Minimal preparation and no frying makes this one of the easiest ways of serving pork chops, for they are simply soaked in a light marinade and then baked until tender. Good with new potatoes tossed in parsley-butter and a green salad with sprouts.

Ingredients
900g-1kg pork loin chops
2 large cloves garlic
25ml soy sauce
25ml honey
50ml dry white wine
2ml ground ginger
5ml dried sage

Method
Remove rind and most of the fat from the chops and arrange to fit in glass dish suitable for both marinating and baking. Crush garlic directly over chops and rub in with back of knife. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over chops and marinate for about 4 hours at room temperature, or all day in the fridge. Turn chops occasionally while marinating. Remove dish 1 hour before baking and bake, covered, at 160oC for 1 hour. Remove cover, turn chops and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes or until tender and juices are slightly reduced and syrupy. Ladle a spoonful over each serving. Serves about 6.

Fruited Pork Chops

Ingredients
800g pork loin chops
2-3 gloves garlic
125ml pure apple juice
25ml soy sauce
25ml brown sugar
2ml dried rosemary
Thin slices orange and apple
Brown sugar, ground cinnamon and butter

Method
Arrange chops in baking dish. Crush garlic over chops. Mix apple juice, soy sauce, sugar and rosemary and pour over. Place 1 thin slice of orange and apple on each chop. Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon over apple, and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, 1t 160oC, for 1 hour 30 minutes until tender, and liquid is slightly syrupy. Serves 4-6.

Baked is good. I brown in a pan, add chopped onion, green pepper and italian canned tomatoes. They are really sweet. Then put it all in a baking dish with a cover. Put in the oven at 375 for a least an hour. Reduce heat to 200 for another hour. They will be sweet and tender and fall apart.

I adore Shake n Bake for pork. I like to use the website allrecipes.com They have an ingredient search where you punch in your ingredients, then recipes come up.

PORK CHOPS:- GRILLED SAVOURY

4 shoulder pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chops on rack in roasting pan. Mix mustard and thyme together. Spread half of the mustard mixture on chops. Grill about 6 inches from heat source 10 minutes; turn chops. Spread with remaining mustard mixture. Grill 10 minutes or until chops are nicely browned and done. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.

Several! Here are a few ways that I make them....

1) sprinkle salt & pepper on one side, put seasoned side down on baking sheet. Put sliced onions on top, and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at 350 until cooked thouroughly. Let stand for 5 minutes to keep juices locked in.

2) Marinate chops in beer for 1 hour. Drain them and pat dry. Dip them in flour, then egg, and last bread crumbs. Make a white country gravy for topping.

3) If bone-in chops, take meat off the bone and cut in cubes. Salt & pepper meat. Put about 5 cups of chicken stock and 3 tbsp of vegie oil in a pot, add one head of cabbage, and meat. Cook on medium heat for about an hour. Pork will be tender, and cabbage will wilt down.

4) Saute onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Add leftover chop meat to vegetables. Put on a heated tortilla shell. Top with cheese and sour cream! The BEST! ;)

Good luck
