any recepies are welcome

Agree with other posters - use it as you would yoghurt or sour cream. I haven't had sour cream banana cake for years, but my mum makes a killer one - maybe try some of these, subbing the creme fraiche for the sour cream:

Hope that starts you off!
Cheesecake always a favourite
I use it in my home made soups. But as you said you prefer to use it with sweet stuff, try it poured over fresh fruit, it's lovely.
I serve it with fruit instead of cream
i know you want something sweet but my absolute favorite is is creme fraiche mixed with horseraddish sauce and walnuts served with trout or salmon
Add a vinilla pod seeds and use as a sweet cream on a pancake and seared peaches!
Yummmmmm!
It goes with everything, i LOVE IT!
Lemon tart and creme fraiche is lovely.
It goes great with fruit salads
Anything with chocolate in.....choc cheesecake with creme fraiche is soooo gooood!!!
I'm bloody graving it now lol
think of it like sour cream - it can be used in similar ways. Often it is used as a topping to finish a dish of with a little fresh tang. For desserts you could top some desserts like you would whipped cream - say fresh berries (sweetened if you prefer).
SORRY I DONT KNOW HONEY X

you can make tiramisu!!
Buy a tub of masracpone, fresh cream, ground coffee, granulated suggar, sponge fingers and dark rum.
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of coffee in 2 measures of rum and hot water.
whisk the mascarpone, creme fraiche and sugar together. add some pouring cream. whisk again.
soak the spnoge fingers in the coffee mix.
In a large glass bowl or even in martini glasses arrange. Begin with the sponge fingers and continue to layer to the top of the glass. Always finish with the creme fraiche on top. Sprinkle with coffee,
Enjoy....................
I would add some brown sugar to maybe 1/2 cup of Creme Fraiche(or use a natural raw sugar, like Sucanat, Turbinado) I like the flavor of the Sucanat...and to use the sauce....Fresh sliced Bananas, and a drained can of either crushed Pineapple, or chunked (drained). Mix together and top with the sweetened Creme Fraiche. I made the bananas/pineapple combo one desparate nite to go with a one pot dinner...My Husband raved about the combo...but I served it over Cottage Cheese...I think the sweetened Creme Fraiche would be great with that combination of fruit.
And easy. Also, you could serve a slice of Angel Food Cake, or pound cake top with the fruit then top off with the Sweetened Creme Fraiche.....be creative...
you can make desserts with it, sweeten and whip it and top fresh berries with it. There are loads of recipes, especially french ones
You can use it just as you would yougourt. Sweet or savoury. I use it to thicken sauces slightly. Very good. itdoesnot split as creamoryogurt would. sorry - space barcreamcrackered!
not exactly a recipe but you can use half fat creme fraiche in hot sauces without it splitting like lower fat cream does.
