You can do this in a toaster oven at 200 but it's going to make a mess with all the splattering and personally, I hate cleaning that kind of stuff out of a toaster oven. The small size makes it particularly difficult.

A previous poster suggested covering with foil and you can do this but you won't get the caramelization and crunchy bits of concentrated sauce that you'd get using a conventional oven or grill because the foil will hold the steam from the ribs in. They will be very tasty, but more on the soft, falling off the bone side and not so much "al dente".

About 250 degrees in the oven itself for about 4 hours and them BBQ Sauce them on the grill for taste.

Make a rub with garlic, salt and pepper, and whatever else you may like and fold themin aluminum foil and bake until the meat pulls away from the bone. And, like I said finish them off on the grill long enough to get the sauce on and get the taste you are looking for.

Since the heat is so compact in a toaster oven, anything around 200 degrees will work well. Be sure to keep an eye out for grease splatters or be sure to cover in foil.

200 is where you want to be

200-250 for 6-7 hrs ... or 300-325 for 3-5 hrs
