If you have some frozen carrots, thaw them and throw them in a pan with some 1-inch slices of green onion and some melted butter...then after a few minutes, incorporate some honey and a splash of orange juice.

For frozen corn, there's a recipe on the S&W petite white corn bag that I've done a few times...saute thawed corn with some lemon juice and a bunch of thyme...something else, I can't remember. But it's GOOD!

Good luck!

Soy sauce and rice.

Garlic and Butter

Drain thoroughly and toss with olive oil and garlic powder.

Lemon juice, that's what my wife uses.

I like to add diced onions and a bit of butter. In green beans i also add a bit of diced bacon, even some almond slivers.

Garlice is always good in anything except corn. Canned corn try a pinch of salt and sugar with some butter and pepper, makes it taste like it is fresh off the cob.

As for right now i would add some butter and brown sugar to your carrots.

Specially Regarding canned vegetables: Mix with a few other ingredients and make some soup/stew. :)

Butter and lemon. I also enjoy dill a lot with vegetables.

add rice and chicken or beef and pasta or anything in that combination
