Pinapple pudding recipe....do you have one?!


Question: Best Pinapple Pudding
1 1/3 cups milk
1(3ounce)package vanilla pudding mix
1(8ounce)can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Measure milk in 4 cup glass measuring cup. Stir in pudding mix and pineapple. Microwave (high) uncovered for 5 and 1/2 minutes or until mixture starts to bubble, stirring once or twice during last half of cooking time. Cool. Stir in yogurt. Spoon into serving dishes.

Date-Pineapple Pudding

1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Dates -- chopped
1 c Crushed pineapple
1/4 c Milk
2 c Water
1 c Packed brown sugar
1 tb Margarine

Instructions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in large bowl. Stir in
dates, pineapple and milk. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Combine water, brown sugar and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and
boil for 1 minute. Pour over pudding; do not mix. Bake in preheated
350-degree oven for 35 minutes or until done.

PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING

1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
8 slices of bread

Cream together butter, vanilla pudding and cinnamon until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Combine milk, undrained pineapple, raisins, vanilla. Blend milk mixture into creamed mixture. Add bread cubes. Pour into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees.

OR

PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE

1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
12 oz. frozen whipped topping
1 c. milk
6 oz. pkg. instant butter pecan pudding
1 c. chopped walnuts

Bake cake as directed on package. Five minutes before cake is done, mix sugar and pineapple and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Put several holes in top of cake and pour pineapple mixture on top of cake. Let the cake cool in the pan. Mix milk and pudding and gradually add whipped topping. Frost top of cake and sprinkle walnuts on top. Refrigerate for 2 days before eating.
