The only dish you can make with cheeze and pasta is macaroni and cheeze but look in your cupboard and see if you have tuna(you do ,good) and now look in your freezer and see if you have any frozen vegetables like peas and carrots. Good, now some milk even canned milk will do. Cook your macaroni in boiling water and salt. Drain pasta. Then in a saucepan put 2 cups milk(or whatever you have) add cheeze in chunks and thicken by bringing to boil with 2T corn starch or quarter C flour. now mix up 1 C. veg. and drained tuna and pasta together and pour cheeze sauce over and stir together adding salt and pepper. Bake 1 hour at 350 and top will brown some.

well you need a bit more than pasta to make a casserole. What do you have? You need some kind of meat and some vegies at least.

Do you have ground beef? If so, try this:
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 onion, minced (optional)
1 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups raw macaroni, (cook according to package directions and drain)
1 can Campbells Cheddar cheese soup
OR 4 to 6 ounces Velveeta, cubed
salt & pepper to taste

Saute the onion and garlic in a little olive oil if you're using those. Add the ground beef and brown. Add the diced tomatoes, including the liquid in the can. Simmer until the liquid is mostly reduced...5 to 10 minutes. Stir in the macaroni and cheese soup or cubed cheese. Heat through.

If you don't have ground beef or canned tomatoes, how about baked macaroni and cheese?
8 x 8 inch Pyrex dish - greased with butter.
Cut Velveeta cheese in slices, cut in half corner to corner. Put a 1/2 slice at each corner of baking dish point down. Put a whole slice in middle of bottom of dish. Repeat 1/2 slices points toward piece in center and around sides of dish (points up).

Add 1/2 of your cooked macaroni. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (if you have some.) Repeat layer of Velveeta cheese.

Add remaining macaroni, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layer of Velveeta. Dot with butter. Pour over 1 cup of milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour in oven.

do you have noodles of any type, boil those up. add chicken, hamburger, ham and dice up cook if needed. mix noodles meat together add velveta, and crumble up some cracker crumbs on top if you have bake for 25-30 minutes

can you give us some more ingredients that you do have? like a meat, any other cheeses, any cans or frozen veggies? any soups? list some more of what you got and I can come up with something....i love casseroles, so I know a lot of recipes for them

If you find a recipe calling for canned cream of something soup, you can make a white sauce instead. Here's a recipe, and then here's how to turn a white sauce into a cheese sauce.

Basic White Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add more or less milk depending on desired consistency.

Cheese Sauce:
To hot white sauce, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, stirring over low heat until melted.

is that all you have? then it's mac and cheese. if you bake it, it could be construed as a casserole.
