Beat it just a little till it starts getting juicy then slide it in the hot oven to plump it up and cook it till all the juices combine.

  • you need lots of moisture and an a hot oven.
the cooking will take all night long

Eh? When i cook meat there is no beating involved at all LOL Just have some machined giner, lime juice and yogurt. Marinate for 2 hours and they should be tenderised naturally...

Are you serious? Buy tender meat and save yourself the bother.

You don't just need to beat that meat.... a good soaking in some marinade will also work wonders.

    Ya....your funny..........grow up.....

Well there isn't usually a time limit. Just beat each section a few times, and it should come out just fine.

    that is so old

I still think if you're asking and answering the kind of questions you are, that you need to change the avatar.
I know you're being "tongue in cheek" but frankly the play on words are what you would expect from a 10 year old.

    Till it hurts!

Why not start beating it right now and you will know when it is tender.

Practice, practice, practice and try both hands. You'll get the hang of it in no time.

I'll be over to take care of your meat for you...no need to tenderize it yourself.

Wow Casey, not much humor over here, is there???
