Have you ever tried losing weight by eating a diet that consisted mainly of sushi? How did it work for you?!
Answers: Yes it works, but it is not that healthy. You need to balance out your diet but eat in small, healthy porportions with no snacks and exercise. THATS how you loose weight. But sushi is a good healthy choice.
I suppose you would loose weight if you ate sashimi (NOT sushi, but sashimi). American Sushi (California Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, ect.) is extremely unhealthy. But once you stopped the sushi diet and went back to eating normally, you'd gain all of the weight back.
