Is my roast still good to make?!
Answers: I bought I pork roast on Sunday and want to make it today. There is no best by date on there....is it still good to make and eat?
You will know immediately if it is not good. I recommend washing it well in lemon juice and then water before seasoning it.
As long as you fridge is cold, and the blood of the roast has not spoiled you should be okay to go.
It should be fine - it's only been a few days.
Assuming you have had it properly stored since you got home, it should be fine.
I totally agree with silly me. You can also use vinegar. Wash the meat with very cold water. Put in a pan and pour a little white or apple cider vinegar over it. Rub it all over the meat and then pour the excess vinegar out of the pan. Season and roast. The vinegar not only "cleanses" the meat but it adds flavor and tenderizes it.
yes, it is fine as long as it has been refrigerated.
yes it should be fine as long as you have kept in cold and as long as it wasn't reduced price because of date....
It should be just fine if it were wrapped and refrigerated properly. Just rinse and cook.
