Need ice-cream recipe for friday?!

Question: So basically I don't know how to cook and i kinda told my girlfriend I made some raspberry ice-cream. Now normally i would have just popped to the shops and bought some but i decided (because i want to surprise her and to prove that i can make some edible substance) i want to make it like i said i did. so this recipe needs to be simple for a novice cook and cheap in price (not taste) any help would be good here.
Thank you.

Here you go! World's easiest ice cream.

1 quart buttermilk
32 ounces store bought berry jam
a couple of drops of red food color optional

In mixing bowl stir buttermilk into jam. Pour the mixture into shallow pan and freeze until firm.

Cut frozen mixture into chunks and place in chilled mixing bowl and whip with electric mixer until fluffy. Return the mixture to the container and cover and re-freeze until firm.

Makes about 1/2 gallon and this is delicious!

Your girlfriend will be pleasantly surprised!

Enjoy!

take some soft cookies (chocolate-thin, doesnt matter) and put come ice cream min it , a good amount, and then you can cover it with another cookie, and roll it in stuff like chocloate chips, ghram cracker bits, and then freeze it.

Get vanilla ice cream and blend frozen raspberries into it. I think you can also buy food flavoring in the food store...I'm not too sure how it will turn out, but it seems easy and may work!
