What is the best way ??????!
Answers: To reheat leftover mashed potatoes?
I heat-en them in the microwave with a little milk.
I usually put them in the micromave, and add a tablespoon (or more, if needed) Of sour cream. It whips them back up!!!
I like to either mix it into fresh made potatoes . . . Or you could use a microwave.
You could do it on the stove but you have to be careful not to burn them.
You could use them to make something else out of them
I add sour cream and cheese and mix them up and then pour into a greased pan and bake on 350 til hot. I top with more cheese towards the end and then take out and top with bacon bits and scallions.
put them in a pan with allite more milk and butter and than warm it up, or ball it up and then fry them there good!
I always use a microwave. Fast and easy! I often use leftover mashed potatoes in recipes too. They're great for a topping for meat pies and fish pies! Yummy! My Mom has recipes for using mashed potatoes in candy and you can make potato puffs, bread and whatever with them.
heat some cream and butter in a pot add the potatoes a third at a time untill nice and hot and creamy again
On the stove top you can ad a bit of butter and milk on low to med heat for a few minutes.
In a sauce pan on low heat add about a half cup water or milk . Heat for about 10 minutes or so. In microwave heat for about 5 to 7 minutes or until your desire. Then take out pot.and add slowly milk or water until you get the consistency you are looking for.
