What can i use in place of butter when making scrambled eggs?!
Answers: should i use like pan or something?
Pam is not healthy because it is filled with chemical propellants (that's why it's calorie-free! This is the secret that the Pam company DOESN'T tell you....) A good HEALTHY alternative to butter is simply olive oil. Olive oil is healthy-- it is a monounsaturated fat and it is high in Vitamin E. Olive oil works even better than butter because it has a higher smoking point. So be kind to your body and use some olive oil!
Pam is perfect. I never use butter. Anything to keep it from sticking will work.
virgin olive oil.
Use a pan and Pam cooking spray.
either a pan or a pot would work
pam?
ya..
yeah pam will work well but maybe you could use like i can't believe it's not butter or something
Pam works well...just add a bit of milk to the eggs to keep them fluffy. Oil is too greasy for me.
Margrine
Pam
Olive Oil
Shortening.
Get a good non stick pan and you won't have to use anything.
Cooking spray is perfect. Canola Oil kind is best I think.
But butter is better and even better than that is bacon grease!mmmmmmm.
You wrote "pan" but I think you meant "Pam" and yes, you can...... :)
You can put any oil in the pan -- just not too much -- it's just to keep the eggs from sticking.
I use a small amount of Pure Wesson to cover the teflon pan.

Try veg. oil
if you have pam than you can use it but I normally use oil of any kind..O also if the pan is non stick you dont have to use anything..=)
Olive oil, make sure its not extra virgin, it will make them taste wierd.
f your dieting you can use Pam. Otherwise, margarine or any kind of oil will work but, of course, the eggs will taste of the oil you use instead of butter.
Olive oil is great, adds a little flavor and is good for you. And add grated pizza cheese for a good flavor!
And who thinks that extra virgin is not a good taste? Ask any professional chef, the extra and even extra extra virgin is the BETTER tasting over regular pressed olive oil. It has been extra refined for purity.
Do you mean 'pam' instead of 'pan'?
A little cooking oil, will do.
You can use pam,or any oil,if you use oil,all you need is a little bit,and they'll be fine, cook on low, with constant moving eggs so they dont stick.
i used pam spary
I use Pam, or Olive oil to coat pan, but you could use any type of oil or spray oil
i cant believe its not butter
try an non stick spray maybe with butter flava if desired.
I don't use butter or pam.
Add a little milk to the eggs and beat them.
Use LOW heat.
Stir / whisk them while cooking.
Ideally you will have light and fluffy scrambled eggs.
Healthier too w/o butter or Pam. ;)
Stir often enough and it's not needed.
pam
margarine
oil
bacon grease
or nothing, in a good nonstick skillet
EVOO
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL!!!!!!
Or any type of plain oil.
By using anon stick pan you will need nothing. Pam always works.
oil, pam
Pam is fine ..... it won't have the yummy taste of all that butter, but it'll be healthier for you anyways
