Help me find a recipe?!

Question: hey there, i was wondering if anybody knew of any good recipes i can make out of these things: frozen veggies, boca meet, pot stickers, rice, i have flour, sugar, brown sugar, parsley, garlic poweder, tomato paste, i do have some pasta sauce that i made, i have salt, pepper, pasta, fruit.

Can somebody help me come up with something to like make? I want to actually do something that involves cooking.

make a stir fry out of the veggies, use a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, brown up some of the boca burgers, use a little soy sauce or if you have some coca cola use that with a little brown sugar and make a light terriyaki sauce, steam the rice and there you go :-)

VEGETARIAN!

this is why:

http://www.meat.org/

Bocapotsta soup!
With medium high heat, saute Boca Meat, Pot stickers with one teaspoon garlic powder in oil until brown. Lower heat and add frozen veggies, tomato paste and parsley until veggies are tender. Add two cups of water, bring to boil.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and 1/2 a teaspoon of brown sugar. Bring to boil then add the pasta.
When pasta is soft (no al dente here) your soup is done! Garnish with left over parsley.
(You can substitute rice from pasta)
Easy!

ok.
