Making homemade refried beans?!

Question: I'm making homemade refried beans, and I've already added the oil and stuff, but I saw on a can in the grocery store it has fiber in it? What kind of fiber, where do I get that?

Natural fiber that occurs in the beans. Just smash em up in olive oil or butter and add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

For more fiber try using black beans or red beans. Read the labels on the cans or bags. They still taste as good as brown beans.

the fiber occurs naturally in beans.

Cook your beans until they are done season them to taste then puree them until they are the consistency you desire.
