I need some hamburger recipes. (ingredients to mix in with the ground beef before I make the patties.) Thanks!!

Question: The only thing I ever use is Lipton onion soup mix. Or beef onion soup mix. It's SO good. Also, I've heard of putting a chunk of cheese in the center (like pepperjack) and then forming the patty around it for a surprise in the middle.

Garlic & onions
Italian seasonings
Worcestershire sauce
Steak sauce
Hot sauce
Soy sauce

I use oatmeal. Onions, celery, cheese, mushrooms. All enhance the burgers. Maybe add some A1 sauce prior to cooking.

just add some chopped onions and a little steak sauce

Ranch dressing is good, and some McCormick hamburger seasoning.

These are awesome!!!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
6 slices bacon
6 hamburger buns, split

DIRECTIONS
Preheat a grill for high heat.
In a large bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by hand. Form into 6 patties, and wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
Place patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Remove toothpicks before serving on hamburger buns

Hope you enjoy!!!

I'm sorry I dont have any precise measurements. But I usually use some Worcestershire (maybe a couple tbls), garlic pepper (a couple tsps), and onion salt (could tsps).

Just mix in a little Dales Sauce, some garlic salt and cook on the grill or in a good nonstick pan. Do not mash out the juices with a spatula but rather allow to cook until at desired doneness. Makes great burgers. Recomment 80/20 fat lean content for best taste.

1 lb hamb 73% to 80% lean
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 C grated parmesian cheese

Very tasty and moist.

Also try 3 Tbls A-1 steak sauce.
Yummy yum yum!

I 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 lb. bulk italian sausage, minced fresh onion, minced red bell pepper, seasoned salt, fresh ground black pepper, minced fresh garlic. Mix and form into patties. Grill and put on nice kaiser rolls that have been toasted.

make 2 thin patties put a slice of your favorite cheese between them press together and fry yummy cheese filled burgers.
