What kind of breadmaker would you suggest?!
Answers: I was researching all kind of breamkaers. The really expensive ones look really good but is there cheaper ones that are good for everyday use because I do not need for way too many functions but I havent found many that make breadloves as vertical not horizontal breads and that have two paddles for mixing the ingredients.
I've got an inexpensive bread machine. I paid about $40 for mine about 10 years ago. I love it. I'm glad I didn't buy a more expensive one.
When I first got the machine I made three or four loaves of bread in it. Now I use my bread machine mainly for mixing, kneading and all but the last rise of the bread. Then I either bake it in a loaf pan or shape it however I want and bake it on a sheet pan. Bread machines make quick work of pizza dough. Obviously you don't make a pizza in it. You can make dough for dinner rolls but you won't be making them in the machine either. And then of course there's dough for cinnamon rolls and donuts...
You can spend a lot of money for a bread machine, but you don't have to. I only have one paddle and I'm happy with the results I get. However, if two paddles also means that the machine can handle more dough, I'd probably like that.
The shape of the loaves the machine makes doesn't matter to me since I don't bake bread in the machine anyway.
I have a Regal, nothing fancy but it does the job. It has a dough setting which I use more than anything when I want to whip up some rolls or cinnamon buns. I've had it 10 yrs. and never had a problem with and believe me, it gets used.
