What can i do with...?!
Answers: egg yolks? my partner will only eat the whites in omelettes. 12 egg yolks go in the bin every day and i feel bad for the chickens. i probably can't use all of them but if i could save some of them from the bin it would ease my conscience!

devil eggs are good
you can make a flan. 10 egg yolks, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, few drops of vanilla concentrate.Mix well.Strain through a piece of clean cloth. In small aluminum containers, start by putting a small amount of sugar and melting in low fire to make enough syrup to coat the bottom of the aluminum pan. Pour the egg yolk and milk mixture to about half an inch tall, steam. You can use toothpicks to see if they're done. If it doesn't stick to the toothpick, it's done.
Make some noodles from scratch with the yolks. Just add some all purpose flour and a little salt (pinch) until it is really thick. then roll it out into long strips, let it rest until it drys a little and then cut into the desired shape. You would be surprised how good homemade noodles can be.
