More than enough, you'll be surprised how much you have leftover. I'd cut down on the amount/size of salad dishes they never get eaten and you end up throwing most out. I'd go for chunky bread, mayonnaise, and other relishes that can be replenished as they are used.

Hope this helps and have a great Easter Weekend hun ;-)

It would be plenty. More than enough, even if some people like to over-indulge on a holiday.

sure that is plenty. typically 1/2 lb of any meat is plenty for an adult portion.

I would say you have plenty. You have enough side dishes to go w/ the ham that even big meat eaters shouldn't complain.

General rule is twice the "Serving Size" which is normally 4oz. So 1/2 lb a person would do nicely when complimented w/ side dishes.

If its boneless then your good for just over 20 adults.

If bone-in ham you gotta take away about 30% so that would be like 14 to 15. So it could be close.

You should be just fine. There will be plenty of food.

Way more than enough. A typical serving of meat per adult is a 1/4 to 1/3 pound. Not to worry though, if you've already bought the ham, you can freeze whatever's left over.
