Don't know what other ingredients you have but here's a recipe that includes milk but regular milk not dry milk.

4 c. milk
6 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour 3 1/2 cups of the milk into a saucepan. Warm milk until almost boiling. Mix 1/2 cup milk and cornstarch together. Stir cornstarch mixture into warm milk with a wire whisk. Then add sugar, salt, egg and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened. Stir in vanilla. Delicious served with frozen or fresh berries added.
