Go to the store and get Betty Crockers Warm Delights. Just add water and heat in the microwave (I'm assuming you have that because you just said you didn't have a stove or oven). Their great and they are single servings. Its like have a brownie or a piece of warm cake. I like 'em cause it is like a nice little treat for me... speaking of that, I'm going home for lunch in thirty mins and I have some at home. I think I'll treat myself to one in a little bit.

I make these often, especially in the summer. Ice cream cookies. Not your average cookies though.
Sugar cookies with dulce de leche ice cream rolled in toasted coconut.
White chocolate macademia cookies with vanilla ice cream rolled in macademias.

Peanut butter with rasperry rolled in peanuts
Chocolate chip with (I don't remember the name but its chocolate icecream with marshmellow) rolled in toasted almonds
They are really great. Just make them ahead of time roll in plastic wrap and refreeze.

This really is a very EASY dish (dessert) to prepare. The obvious solution to melting the chocolate and water without a stove/oven is in the microwave. I can follow up with directions on how to do that. I can also follow up with other ideas how to prepare it without a microwave. Just need to know if you have one. :)
