I did this for an uncle and it wasn't too expensive. It's a bbq of the month club where they get a "out of the ordinary" bbq sauce each month. http://www.amazingclubs.com/bbq.html

monogramed apron
chef's hat

How about grilling accessories, and spices for grilling. Maybe you can have the family and some friends over for a surprise barbeque and give him the grilling gifts at the party.

you could get him long handled BBQ tools sometime they come in a protective case as a set. Not expensive
Something I would like, if he doesn't have it. Is a utensil caddy filled with new wooden spoons, spatulas etc.

I bought my hubby a few things fro the grill....

One was a clip on grill light, very handy!

A three pronged sishkabob skewer, makes it easier to flip them over without everything spinning

A basket for veggies or fish, same concept, keeps everything together

Some cool BBQ tools

A long armed, very protective BBQ glove

A thingy that goes under the grating to hold woodchips

OH!! And a steak brand!! This way when he's making steaks, he brands them with a big L!

All appreciated and well used!

Good luck!

Make him a basket with different dry rubs for steak, seafood, etc; a variety of bbq sauces, canjun, lemon, etc.; and add the newest grilling mazagine or cookbook; with a few trinkets, like a chef's hat, apron, mits, utensils.

Get him a really good grilling set the ones that come in a case. You can find them reasonable at Marshal's and TJ Max if there in your area. Plus a chefs hat and apron would be great.

well if he likes to BBQ then i would say i nice little BBQ apron. and a new nice grill(if he needs it) and if he likes to cook a lot a nice Pampered Chef kit and Betty Crocker! tell ur dad good luck with cooking

Why don't you purchase a great grilling cook book for your dad. If he likes to grill, I bet he would enjoy trying different recipes.

I love to cook and bake...

The neatest gift that anyone got me was a baking stone.
It kicked my quality up several knotches. I love it.
I think they got it at the pampered chef.
