You could make a quiche or frittata.
Make a quiche
chuck em in the bin and order a curry
I am not much of a cook, but if I was to be trying to do something with that lot I'd maybe try grating the spuds, chopping some onions and adding an egg or so to bind them together to make like potato rosti and serve the brocolli with it ... with possibly a cheese sauce.
You have eggs make an omelette
Try an omelet.
Sounds like the makings of a fabulous omelette to me! A big fat Spanish one - yummy!!
You could make a side dish of potatoes, broccoli and cheese. Or add some chicken and make a casserole.
Slice spuds & cook then sautee onion & garlic if you have some lurking in that cupboard.
Cook brocolli.
Chuck everything including cheese into a large bowl & mix.
Chuck in beaten eggs put back in pan [ or oven proof pan] & then put in oven until cooked.
make an oven dish ,
slice the potatoes boil for 10 min
boil the brocoli but not all tender
fry the unions not all the way trough
layer this all in an oven dish/casserole
mix the eggs with the cheeze, some herbs and spices to flavour, you could add some cream to the mix as well, if you have some bacon or ground beef fry this and add to the caserolle.
put the mix off eggs and cheeze over it all, put in oven till golden brown,
enjoy

I'd make a frittata.
You've got quite a few options. How about broccoli in cheese sauce, bubble & squeak, cheese & onion omelette, cheese and onion in pitta bread toasted, or baked potato with cheese or beans?
brocolli cheese soup
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese,
1 lb. of processed cheese, cubed
1 (10 ounce) package of frozen chopped broccoli or fresh
1/4 c. of chopped red onion
1 tbsp. of margarine
2 1/2 c. of milk
Directions
First you need to melt butter in pan over medium flame.
Add onions and saute until onions are yellow.
Next add your milk and cream cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
Finally, add cheese food. Once this melts and the soup is heated through, serve!
Some kind of vegetable fritata (omlette) with your eggs, some cooked broccoli, onion, potato and cheese, toast some pitta strips to go on the side,
sounds great.
Take the Brocolli, spuds 'n' cheese and make a cheese sauce seasoned with pepper and salt to cover the brocolli and potatoes. Put the brocolli on a bed of rice and voila!
Then with the onions and eggs, i suggest you make a tangy egg mayonaise.
Good luck!
(Brocolli and cheese sauce is gorgeous!)
