If you want to make them yourself here is a recipe.

Spring Roll Wrappers
INGREDIENTS
1 cup bread flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon cold water

DIRECTIONS
Sift bread flour into a medium bowl and make a well in the center. Place egg and cold water in well. Beat with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough has formed. Use more water as necessary. Knead until elastic and pliable. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 4 hours, or overnight.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into an approximately 14x14 inch square. Cut into 12 equal squares. Roll each square into a very thin 6x6 inch square. Refrigerate until use.

Traditionally they are made with rice flour.

Spring Roll Wrappers

won ton wrappers, sold with the tofu

A wonton wrapper.
You could probably find it in the section of Stop&Shop near the veggies were they keep pom drinks and bagged salad. Also it's probably in the international or forzen food section

spring rolls or wonton wrappers

Isn`t it FILO pastry?? You can make that yourself... from Scratch.

filo pastry

The brand I buy is called "Leasa" wonton wrappers. It's actually a fresh pasta, and I always find it in the produce section, where the Asian veggies are.

If you're making spring rolls, I think they're called rice paper. If you're making egg rolls, they're called egg roll wrappers.
