Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix

2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Mix these up until they taste right as everyone taste buds are different:

Chili Powder
Cumin
Seaoned Salt
Maybe some dried cilantro

Cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in equal parts.

I like to use cumin and chili powder when I make tacos.

1 pound ground beef
1 yellow onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika (for color)
1/2 cup of beef stock
salt & pepper

Brown beef with the onion and garlic, add chili powder, cumin, paprika, stock and salt & pepper. Simmer for five minutes.

2 Cloves Garlic -- crushed
1/4 c Onion -- finely chopped
2 ts Cumin
2 ts Chile Powder
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Water
