Question: I made a recipe the other day

And they were excellent, really moist. I was wondering, what exactly makes these so moist over other kinds?

the problem most people have with dry cake is that they cook it entirely too long. if the toothpick is dry and its pulling away from sides its past done. toothpick should have moist not wet crumbs on it

the viniger and vegetable oil mixed would make it more moist then normal.

instead of water use cream soda

you didn't overbake them, or overmix it
