My cakes and muffins come out uneven, could it be cause by the fan in my fan assited oven?!
Could it be the baking ingredients? Any suggestions?
The recipes are exactly the same as they used to be before.
Answers: I never used to have this problem, but since I've moved to another country and now have a fan assisted oven my cakes and muffins don't rise even.

No, not because of the oven ...but the quality of the ingredients could be suspect ...and because you probably never checked the actual temp....(like me ; you didn't realize that many of our recipes are set to work to a flawed temp chart bc most American Ovens vary wildly .... We get used t hings that WORK but we don't really know...
Actually I would try the trick to shake the pan or side to side so its even if not it could be a heating problem .
Then check if its always the same ones,so you see if there;s a problem
Make sure you even out your ingredients in their tins before you bake them and with muffins also -
Since you have moved country are you using electric mixer to fluff up ingredients or hand mixer?
It could be that your oven isn't level. Also, a convection oven isn't the best to bake anything that starts as a batter because it will dry it out. If your oven has a regular bake setting, try that for your cakes. To test the level of your oven, put a glass of water in your cold oven and see if the water remains level.
