Answers: thanks

This is my favorite:
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese
1 Jar salsa (16 oz.)
1 Pkg. Shredded Cheddar (or any mix of one)

In a 12 or so inch pan ( I use ceramic) spread the cream cheese on the bottom.

Pour the salsa on top. Then the cheddar on top of that...

Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 or until cheese is melted.

I hate cream cheese but this is GREAT!!

I mix a package of cream cheese with a cup of those little tiny salad shrimp minced and a bunch (4-6) of green onions chopped back to the dark stems and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce.

Soften the cream cheese first then refrigerator for a couple of hours so the flavors have a chance to mingle and strengthen. Very tasty on crackers.

Onion Dip = 1 container sour cream & 1 packet dry onion soup, mix together and refigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Great with chips & pretzels

Beer Dip = 2 bricks cream cheese softened, 1/2 can of beer, 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix - beat all 3 ing together then stir in 1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar cheese. Refigerate for 1 hour before serving with pretzels.

I make this for every party and everyone loves it!

Knorr Spinach Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 package frozen spinach

Thaw the frozen spinach fully and drain well. Wring it out a bit with your hands to make sure it is well drained.

Chop the spinach. Mix it with the other ingredients and refrigerate it to let the flavors meld together.

OMG...I love this dip!
It's from Alton Brown
Onion Dip from Scratch...
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced onions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

In a saute pan over medium heat add oil, heat and add onions and salt. Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Mix the rest of the ingredients, and then add the cooled onions. Refrigerate and stir again before serving.

We make this dip for everything...it's great on sandwiches as a spread too!
Enjoy!

You can make this by hand, but it's a lot easier in a food processor.

1 small container of ricotta cheese, 1 small round of goat cheese, the juice of 1/2 a lemon, salt, pepper. Just mix it all up. Right after mix in about 2 tbsp. fresh parsley.

mayonaise with some worcester sauce mixed in! simple and you can get it to whatever taste you want!

This is so easy and delicious! People always flip out over it too.

16 oz jar of salsa (I use Herdez medium)
grated cheddar cheese (8oz +? I don't measure)... enough to make the salsa real thick... the cheese soaks up a great deal of the liquid from the salsa. Add more or less to taste.
A small can of chopped or sliced black olives.

That's it! Just mix it up and refrigerate. Excellent with tortilla chips.

lg block of velveeta cheese; cubed
1 small-medium pack of hamburger meat; scrambled and drained
1 can rotell tomatoes; do not drain

In large microwavable bowl put cubed cheese and rotell. heat until cheese is melted (careful not to scorch), stirring every 1 1/2 min. Add beef and mix. serve hot with corn chips.

taco dip

a container of sour cream
a package of taco seasoning mix

mix the seasoning mix and sour cream together and let it chill until it's ready to use.

dip tortilla chips in the dip and it's good.
